October is the month of Bibleway Church's 80th Anniversary. He left a great heritage and legacy for the Bibleway Church family. Heritage is an intangible item such as ideas, beliefs and policies. Of which one is fellowship, which was non-existent among holiness churches which were outside of one's organization. Apostle Williams was invited to speak at the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World's 50th Anniversary and mentioned fact that all who love God should come together.

RESPECT FOR LIFE

RESPECT FOR LIFE
I attended a forum today briefly at the CATO INSTITUTE. Forum was entitled, "The Supreme Court: Past and Prologue
A Look at the October 2006 and October 2007 Terms.
Discussion was on Rights Revisited; Affirmative Action, Partial Birth Abortion, and Property Rights. Nelson Lund, a professor of Law, from George Mason University School of Law was speaking about nurses who had problems viewing a partial abortion. A baby can be legally killed at any time prior to birth, even full term. To get the baby through the birth canal, the head must be crushed and the fluid must be drained from scull. This is disturbing to me even to write about. Can you imagine nurses who are trained to save life who have to watch this murder of innocent babies. To desensitize people from viewing this as a baby killing, we are told that baby is a fetus. This is morally wrong and why so many view murder as just another crime and the taking of human life as no big thing. And yet we call ourselves human beings and decent people. Natural law and common law were also discussed. Natural law is what everyone expects of the law, i.e., protection, rights, etc. Common law is what is regarded as law and legislated by courts. Does either of these protect innocent babies? Does a woman right to chose override the right to life that an innocent baby has?
Even a male dog won't attack a female dogs. He has respect for a lady dog. Are dogs behaving more rationally than human beings?
It seems that we are on a roller coaster to self destruction. How far will we go? Where does it stop?
